Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface.   The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

The celebration of the Solstice of the sun is an ancient practice. The winter Solstice on the 21st of December, marks the longest night of the year, but also welcomes the beginning of the days to start growing longer until the Summer Solstice on June 21st when once again daylight starts receding.
