Description
This lighthouse, also known as the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse, is the oldest operating lighthouse on the Great Lakes. It was built in 1825, and is the oldest surviving lighthouse in Michigan. It helps keep watch over Lake Huron at the entrance to the St Clair River, and the Blue Water Bridge to Canada. Tours are available.
